ELLIE - Sweet female, she is friendly and loves attention from her human family. She is not fond of other dogs or cats. She was most likely not raised with other animals.

Possible German Short Hair Pointer Mix or Brittney Mix.
Approximately 35-40 lbs.
current with vaccines,
Microchipped
Spayed.
Housetrained
Ellie was dog who was apparently abandoned in a near by apartment building. She was loose and running at large between 2-3 months during the cold winter. Our group heard about her and we set up a trap and ended up humanly trapping her. She has been locally vetted and is in perfect health.
If you would like to meet her to possibly adopt her, kindly fill out an application at the bottom of this page and e-mail it to the address below.

ABIGAIL - approximently 1 year old
possible shepherd/hound mix,

28 lbs,
spayed,
current with vaccines,
Heartworm/Lyme Negative,
Microchipped.
Abigail was saved from an atmosphere where shelter, food and love were very limited. She is now being fostered and cannot do enough to please her people. Abigail is very loveable to both people and other dogs, she plays well and loves to run around the yard playing chase with the other dogs. She has had a life with limited food and absolutely no doggie toys were part of her life, therefore could be a bit protective of food and toys. She plays with other female dogs and males, and everyone has a great time. SHE IS AN AWESOME SNUGGLER!

She is being crate trained and is clean but she hates the crate. She has the run of the house when someone is home and only crated when no one is at home. She needs an owner experienced with young dogs so she can learn to walk on leash. She would love to learn some dog sports, with some training, I believe she would make an excellent agility dog due to her temperment, speed, agile moves and desire to learn.

If you would like to meet her to possibly adopt her, kindly fill out an application at the bottom of this page and e-mail it to the address below.

COMET - 1.5 years old, neutered male, heartworm negative, possible lab/pittie mix. He is approximatelly 45 lbs and is full grown.

Comet is very very active and has no aggression. I wonder if he has an 'off switch' at times. He loves to be squirted by the hose and he will lie on his belly and be squirted all day. He dries off within a few minutes. He loves to chase the ball but is learning how to return it. He can run fast.....

Comet is too active for young children, he would knock them over dueto his energy. He loves other dogs and loves to play.....

If you would like to meet him to possibly adopt him, kindly fill out an application at the bottom of this page and e-mail it to the address below.
