SCHEDULES: The schedule for January has been posted on this site. February schedules will be available on January 17th. The deadline for February Schedules is Friday, January 8th. Please notify me if you cannot serve then. Thanks, Bonnie
ANNUAL MEETING REPORTS: The following Annual Meeting reports are due on or before January 23rd: Administrator, Altar Guild, Budget, Church School, Outreach, Property, Rector, Stewardship, Treasurer, and Warden. Please have them ready and in the office (preferably in Word Document format) by that date. Thank you!
MEETINGS:
Southern Adirondack Deanery: Tuesday, January 19th at 11:00 am in the Conference Room.
The Vestry: Tuesday, January 19th at 5:30 pm. All Vestry members are urged to attend if at all possible. Vestry meetings are open to the congregation.

NOTICE: Checks should be made out to St. James’ Episcopal Church in the amount of $20. Please notify me (668-2001) if you would like to purchase flowers, change your flower date, or cancel.
OPEN DOOR VOLUNTEERS:
St. James’ provides people to serve dinner at the Open Door Soup Kitchen (24 South Street, Glens Falls, NY 518-792-5900) the first Thursday of every month. A sign-up sheet is located on the table in the church. You should plan to arrive around 4:45 pm. Four people are needed.
