Skin Toner

Ingredients: Distilled water, witch hazel, juice of fresh cucumber, chamomile water and apple cider vinegar.

Directions: After washing face, apply with cotton pad. Saturate pad and gently wipe face and neck. Cleanses and softens while restoring ph balance to skin. (Check after wiping several times and if cotton is dirty, refresh with clean pad or cotton ball. Re-saturate and gently wipe until cotton pads are clean). Reduces acne breakouts by removing excess oil, killing bacteria and normalizing the skin’s ph level. Allow to air dry. DO NOTWASH OFF.
