	Meetings are held at the Blooming Grove Reformed Church in DeFreestville In Rennserlear County (East of the Hudson River and North East of Albany. Take I90 East to New York Route 43 extension North. DeFreestville is at the end on the extension at New York Route 4. Take Route 4 South to first right turn then 1 block to church.


	Programs and Activities 1999 - 2000

September 15	Pat Bowman, a retired art teacher, will show a large collection of prints and slides of Currier and Ives.
October 3	Annual field trip - Hildene, the Lincoln Mansion, in Manchester, VT. Lunch at the Bennington Station.
November 17	"Rensselear County Railroads" by Ernis Mann the Fire Chief of the City of Rensselaer and co-author of "Rensselaer N.Y., Then and Now."
January 16, 2000	Medals from the Anti-Leprosy Campaigns by Dennis Marr the NYS President of the Sons of the Revolution and co-author of "The Numismatic Aspects of Leprosy."
March 15	The New York City Water System by Andrew Ross of Ross Valve in Troy (the last working Troy iron foundry).
May 15	Covered dish supper and annual meeting. "Getting to Know Your Ancestors" by Jo Schweigert our Town Historian of East Greenbush.
November 15	A View from the Deck of a Packet Ship" the journal of an immigrant voyage in 1820.
