Yet again, another pattern from the "Tom Wolf Goes to the Dogs" carving book. This Redbone hound was harder because the wood had to be so thick to accomodate the width of his spread out haunches, but I finally got it. The paint and finish are the same as the others. I ordinarily don't like to carve the same figures over and over, but these are really a pleasure to do, and I always find myself laughing out loud cuttin in their expressions and looking at them. *smile* isn't that the way it should be? Have fun? It shouldn't be a chore.
