Stuart H. Brody, Esq. - Biography
Stuart H. Brody, Esq. maintains a national practice in labor law and employment relations. He has practiced labor law for more than twenty years, appearing before all state and federal labor boards, employment practice agencies, trial and appellate courts, and the United States Supreme Court several times. Mr. Brody is one of his profession’s most out-spoken critics, challenging conventional employment practices and creating new strategies that not only minimize his clients’ legal exposure but enhance their productivity.
Mr. Brody has advised city, state and federal officials on industrial relations matters and has lectured nationally and internationally on innovative employment relations. He is also a labor arbitrator and mediator and has served on numerous public boards and advisory commissions concerned with labor practices and held several public offices. He is Senior Counsel to the Labor and Employment Group of the New York based law firm of Gibney Anthony & Flaherty, LLP. and Director of the Center for Advanced Workplace Practices.
