| The Remington Suite |

 This two room suite in the
main house offers a bedroom with king size/twin beds, a sitting room with a queen size pull
out couch and private bath.
The suite has direct access to a deck in our extensive gardens. Guests
are welcome to use our common room and our summer screened porch. A
fireplace in the common room adds a touch of warmth on those cold fall and
winter nights.

This
quaint, two-story Adirondack guest house with private bath has a single bed and a
double bed in separate rooms. This facility has a private bathroom,
stove-fireplace, electric heat and an efficiency kitchen. A large glass area gives a wonderful view
of Lake Flower and the surrounding mountains.
Available May 1st to October 31st.

Our newest facility is a one bedroom
apartment built in an apple orchard. A wide, elevated deck gives a
panoramic view of the lake and the mountains which surround it. Containing
a double bed and a pull out couch, this facility can sleep a maximum of
four. A full kitchen and private bath with a tub-shower combination are
included.

| Deposit and Refund Policy: |
| A one night deposit is required to ensure a confirmed reservation. The balance is due on arrival. A full refund, less a $7 service fee will be granted if notice of cancellation is received two weeks prior to your arrival. |
