Virtual Chemistry Lab was founded in order to provide useful and easily integrated chemistry software. VCL software contains a series of photographically rendered chemistry experiments. They are not simulations. Each lab experiment contains a background section, prelab and postlab questions as well as the experiment itself. The software, developed by a college professor, is available on CD and runs through standard internet browsers. As such, it can be used independently or loaded on to a server and accessed from on and off campus.
